Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, signing a subscription agreement, or otherwise accessing ALMA ERP, your institution agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

ALMA ERP accounts are issued to educational institutions and the staff, parents and learners they authorise. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for keeping login credentials secure.

• Starter, Growth and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout.
• Yearly plans are billed upfront at the discounted annual rate shown on the Pricing page.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension of access until resolved.

ALMA ERP may not be used to upload unlawful content, attempt to breach platform security, or interfere with other institutions' use of the service. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

The ALMA ERP platform, including its software, design and the hi5 AI assistant, is the intellectual property of Navarasa Services LLP. Institutions are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for the duration of their subscription.

Institutions retain full ownership of the academic and administrative data they enter into ALMA ERP. We act as a data processor on their behalf and will export or delete institution data on request, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

We target 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows that are communicated in advance. Service credits for extended downtime are detailed in Enterprise service agreements.

Institutions may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms after reasonable notice.

ALMA ERP is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
